This is an opportunity to make a difference in the village and to the local community by keeping the playing field looking great.
Please come and help if you are available, even if only for 1 hour. The success of the playing field relies on help from the community.
Tasks for this year are:-
- Cutting back trees/shrubs/hedges, weed trimming
- Treating of picnic benches/tables and seating with wood preservative
- Replacement of bench near play equipment with new
Please bring some tools/gardening equipment if you can.
If you are not available to help but would be happy to lend any battery/petrol gardening tools (hedge trimmer, strimmer, chainsaw) or drill then these would be very welcome.
